Drive 2 Earn is operated by Icon Group Investments LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect on drive2earnsofl.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you send a rental inquiry, we collect your name, phone number, email address, rental category, desired pickup date, city, and any message you write. We use it to answer your inquiry, check vehicle availability, and contact you about renting a car from us.

When you apply for a rental on drive2earnsofl.com/apply, we also collect your date of birth, home address, driver's license number, state and expiration date, a photo of the front of your driver's license, your answers about criminal history and moving violations, your rideshare or delivery experience, the car and pickup time you want, and your initials accepting the rental terms. We use this to review your application, check your license and background, and set up your rental.

When you add a photo of your license, our system reads the license number, state and expiration date from the photo to fill in the form for you. You can check and change what it fills in. This reading is done by an AI service that our rental management system (Base44) uses, and it is used only for your application.

Information collected automatically

• Ad and campaign tags. If you arrive from one of our ads, we store the campaign tags and click identifiers from the link (such as utm_source, utm_campaign and fbclid) in your browser. Newer tags replace older ones. We attach the campaign tags to your inquiry, and pass them along when you follow a link to drive2earnfl.com, so we know which ads work.
• Meta Pixel. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure our ads. It records page visits, taps to call, text or WhatsApp us, when you start an application, and when an inquiry or application is successfully submitted. We do not send your name, phone number or email to Meta through the pixel.
• Meta Conversions API. When you send an inquiry or application, our system also tells Meta about it directly from our server, so we can measure which ads bring renters. This includes your email, phone, name, city, state, ZIP code and date of birth in scrambled (hashed) form, your browser's IP address and type, and Meta's browser cookies. Meta uses this to match the inquiry to its users and does not get your information in readable form from us.
• Server logs. Our web server keeps standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Base44, the software service that runs our customer and rental management system, where your inquiry and application (including your license photo) are stored;
• any background or driving-record check service we use to review your application;
• our main site, drive2earnfl.com, when you follow a link there, so your application can be matched to the ad that brought you;
• Meta, for ad measurement as described above;
• authorities, when the law requires it.

Text messages and calls

By sending an inquiry and checking the consent box, you agree that Drive 2 Earn can call, text or email you about your rental inquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP to a text or by contacting us.

Your choices

• Ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us below.
• Limit ad tracking in your browser or device settings, or in your Facebook ad preferences.

How long we keep it

If your application is not approved, or you decide not to rent, you can ask us to delete your application and license photo.

We keep inquiry information as long as needed to respond to you and to run our rental business, and as required by law.

Children

Our services are for adults. Renters must be 25 or older, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
